Definitions and Scope

In this document, "ak222", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the ak222.cam website and all services under it. "User", "member", "player" or "you" refers to any person, whether registered or unregistered, on this platform.

Language and Interpretation

Registration Requirements

ak222 strictly operates for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors may not use this platform. Providing a false age at the time of registration will be treated as a serious violation and the account will be closed immediately.

If it is proven that a minor has operated an account, all funds deposited into that account will be forfeited and no winnings will be paid out.

Age Verification Process

ak222 may request documents for age verification at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate. Failure or refusal to submit documents may result in account suspension.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at ak222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third party's account is prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your gaming balance instantly.
• If funds are not credited due to a technical issue, contact support with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur in the following cases:

Bonus terms and conditions:

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotions and bonus offers:

• Each promotion has a specific validity period and expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• One bonus offer applies per account, per household, per IP address or per device.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ak222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ak222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Game Operations

All games on ak222 are operated by third-party game providers. Each game is subject to its own rules and the terms and conditions of its provider. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely fair and impartial.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a lost internet connection or technical error, ak222 will use the data stored on the game provider's server to determine the result of that specific round. If it is not possible to determine the game result due to a server error, the bet amount for that round will be refunded. ak222 is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues.

Game Result Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, contact the support team within 24 hours. The game provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence in disputed matters. ak222 is not obligated to pay out prizes that were incorrectly displayed due to a game error or technical issue.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on ak222:

• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonuses more than once.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Depositing illegal funds or funds from unknown sources (money laundering).
• Using software, bots or automated methods to play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Suspicious Activity

Reasons for Account Closure

ak222 may close or suspend any account without notice for the following reasons:

Voluntary Account Closure
